Merry Christmas guys! Hope all is going on well, we still doing better. As the year is folding we would like to let you know we’ve made a break through and we’ve started making some Foundation’s products and to begin we’ve began with T-shirts (visit our  facebook page) being pioneered by members in Mbeya… congratulate them guys and be ready to grab yours when they are brought at your branch!

HELLO GUYS!!

Hello guys! It is our belief you are all doing well and so are we. Well… we have a couple of things to share with you  in this lovely month of October just as many of us are getting back to universities.

Firstly, we would like to give our sincere thanks to GOD for granting us with life and for making us get better and better as days go by, also we thank our dear members and well-wishers who have been our driving force to our remarkable successes!.

Secondly, we would also like to CONGRATULATE  both members and non-members who have been selected to join various universities in the country, we say welcome to life at campus and for those who have not been selected to join universities we say when one door in life is closed… another is opened so don’t give up but keep searching for that door.

Thirdly, we would like to inform you that following the Annual General Meeting held at MUCCoBS between 27-29 July 2012, a couple of things will change as a result of the resolutions reached and they include: fee payments will be made through branch treasurer and he/she will give a receipt for every payment made, financial statement will be published every six months, others will be communicated to you through national ande branch leaders in time.

Fourthly, we are glad to announce that we have accomplished preparations of the 6 months’ finanacial statement of the Foundation (as seen below) that covers between February 2012 and July 2012, please read it and give your comments and incase of any doubt or question please let us know and we will kindly provide clarifications. The aim of publishing this statement is to increase accountability and transparency so please give us feedback on how to improve our financial management and situation.

 Lastly we would like to send our sincere heartfelt appreciation to all those who have made the last six months to be successful and we are looking forward to a fruitful and an enhanced cooperation towards our vision ‘building a smiling siociety’. Thank You All!!!

Baadhi ya maazimio ya mkutano mkuu wa viongozi

Kufuatia maombi ya wanachama baadhi ya maazimio yaliyofikiwa kwenye mkutano mkuu wa mwaka wa viongozi uliofanyika Kilimanjaro (Annnual General Meeting) tarehe 27 na 28/07/2012 ni kama ifuatavyo:

1. Kutakuwa na vyeti vya heshima kwa wanachama wote waliotimiza wajibu wao vema katika chama

2. Kuhakikisha Foundation inasajiliwa mapema iwezekanavyo

3. Kuanzia sasa michango yote itakayotolewa kwenye matawi, mwanachama atapewa risiti

4. Kutafuta njia nyingine za mapato kama vile uandaaji wa proposal zitakazotolewa kwa mtu yoyote atakayependa kuunga mkono kazi (program) tutakayokuwa tunaifanya

5. Umbwe itakuwa ni eneo rasmi la kuzalishia wanachama wapya wa baadae yaani 'breeding area'

6. Kutoa semina mbalimbali kwaajili ya wanachama kama vile semina za ujasiriamali, za kimasomo n.k

7. Kuanzia sasa fomu za kujiunga zitauzwa kwa Tshs 2,000

8. Taarifa za mapato na matumizi zitatolewa kila baada ya miezi sita

Haya ni baadhi tu yapo mengine pia.

Tuamshukuru MUNGU kwa kufanikisha program yetu ya Dar es Salaam iliyofanyika mwezi Mei na hizi ni baadhi ya picha zilizopigwa siku hiyo, tunaomba radhi kwa kuchelewa kuwekwa kwenye mtandao kwani ilikuwa juu ya uwezo wetu..
